Meet Pickles

Pickles is a 12 year old Shih Tzu Poodle with a splash of Maltese. He came to our home in 2020 after his owner passed away suddenly and immediately stole our hearts. He’s come so far since coming home, learning to play with other dogs rather than being afraid of them and gaining confidence. There was no question that when it came to designing my logo, that he would be the mascot. After all, he’s a huge part of our lives, and he brings us joy every day.

Meet Lauren

Lauren is the owner of Brooklyn Happy Dog. Though she is only 24 years old, she has years of experience working with dogs. As a child, she volunteered at Sean Casey Animal rescue. She later began walking dogs, which lead to her working for a Dog Daycare. After about two years of working under someone else, she decided to officially start up Brooklyn Happy Dog in January of 2023. Lauren makes it a priority to ensure that all dogs in her care are happy, safe, and loved. She looks forward to expanding her business and adding more dogs to the pack.

Meet Ginger

Ginger is a two year old Cavapoo. She came to us when she was just under seven months old after her owner decided she couldn’t keep her. Weighing just eight pounds, she proves that great things come in small packages. She loves going to the park and playing with other dogs, and especially loves spending time with her big brother, Pickles. She stole our hearts from day one, and we’re so grateful that she is part of the family.
